How your information is handled

A plain-language summary. The core principle: collect only what’s needed, keep purposes separate, and don’t train models on your data by default.

Draft · 2026-07-10

This is a plain-language draft published before launch. The binding version will be released, reviewed by qualified counsel, before payments open. Payment is currently closed; this page is for explanation only.

Collected in stages, minimized

At application, only your email, region, decision type and timing, and the required acknowledgements are collected. No name, birth data, or personal narrative at this stage.

Birth time, place, and your specific question are collected only after acceptance, under a separate statement of purpose.

What we don’t collect

We do not collect or store IP addresses or device fingerprints as identifiers. We do not collect third-party or minor data unrelated to your own case.

Purposes kept separate

Service processing, software processing, marketing, and (if any) research are separate choices. Marketing email requires separate consent and is unsubscribable anytime. Your data is not used to train any model by default.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export, and delete your information. Unaccepted or declined applications are deleted after 90 days by default.

The exact request and response process will be published with the binding version.

The vendor list, retention periods, and cross-border processing terms require legal review before publication.
